Middletown Township Open Records Policy

Middletown Township Council adopted a Resolution on December 8, 2008 that establishes policies to comply with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Right-To-Know Law, as amended in 2008.  The law became effective on January 1, 2009 and sets up new procedures for requesting and obtaining public records from Pennsylvania municipalities.


As part of the policy, the Township Manager has been appointed as the Right-to-Know Officer for Middletown.  All formal requests for access to Township public records must be directed to:
